At last-I have found that Customer Service is NOT a 4 letter word!-from your Welcomer, Lauren to your professional Office Manager Gillian. Most importantly, I would like to sincerely thank you for employing Certified Technician, Damien, who not only had superior product knowledge and customer service skills, but also briefed me on your company's background and operations.
I was very pleased not only with the repair work done by the above agent, but also the time and patience he granted me as the homeowner in educating me in all facets of garage door operations and mechanisms.
The above agent went above and beyond (from extending the salutatory handshake at the onset, but also handshaking at the end of the process!) A gentleman's agreement sort of person-I really liked his delivery and his belief in the "process"-he came at the way end of the day and NEVER was he rushed or watching the time.
He epitomizes the methods mentioned in your Mission and Vision statements which sets you apart from "all the other garage door companies".
