Steve, I am happy to say that your service is top-notch! First off, the end-product - my new Garage-Door and premiumn Garage Door Opener are really cool...The Door is simple but classy design...The opener is so quiet I barely hear it...And the weather seels your technician put on the door were precise and seamless....
As for the human side, I was extreemly happy with the three people I interacted with: The nice young lady who took my original call and set up the consultation, the person that came to my house and advised me on my options, and the technician who installed. Each, professional, curteous, and happy to answer any question (and i always have many ;-)).
I usualy don't rave like this about a business - but you guy's pulled it off! Your team really stands out in today's world where all of the above positive attributes are hard to find in vendors...
